Collaboration structure
Our collaboration and organizational structure consists of decision-making (Steward Council), supervision (Health Assistant), execution (Operator), and workgroup (Workstream/Playstream) respectively.
Community governance UIP
UIP stands for Uncommons Improvement Proposal.(prev.GIP:GIP stands for GreenPillCn Improvement Proposal) All Proposals have four basic states：Idea、Draft、Review、Final.
Community Roles
Operation(OP)
Handles community-wide support matters, assists WS in allocating community resources
Full time OP:
3 roles for 6 months, workdays standby
Part-time OP:
1 role for 3 months
Work Stream(WS)
Highly self-governed, output-oriented workgroup
Self-governed:
Need milestones & deliverables & budget set and published
Reward with progress:
Only gets funded after progress evaluation
Playstream(PS)
Light-weighted output-oriented group
Main Focus:
3 roles for 6 months, workdays standby
Can require tools to assist:
ChatGPT Plus, Midjourney, ...
Content co-creation(CCC)
A content co-creation mechanism
Sparkle CCC:
No reviews, members create content out of a brainstorm or such
Co-learn & Co-create CCC:
Simplify, teach, review, and conclude notions
